Policies and Procedures - Long Term Leases
- Schroeder Brothers 2.0 does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
- Schroeder Brothers 2.0 does not currently charge a rental application fee
- Schroeder Brothers 2.0 uses standard rental terms for all leases.

Monies due at time of least signing include

Security Deposit equal to one month's rent
- Deposited in Interest bearing account at the First National Bank and Trust company of Newtown

First and Last Month's rent
- May be pro-rated if occupied for a partial month
- Pet Deposit

Tenant selection
- Tennants are selected after considering a completed rental application

Applications must include a recent credit report
- www.freecreditreport.com is a possible source
- Or can be obtained from any credit reporting agency
- No more than 2 permanent occupants per legally defined bedroom
- While we are pet friendly, we reserve the right to deny certain types of pets
- Incomplete applications are not considered
- Tenants are notified in writing/email of acceptance or denial
